Julie Carrere has a Bachelor's Degree in Ag Business, and a Masters in Ag and Management.  She has taught Ag business at the community college, and was an agricultural loan officer.  She is Quickbooks certified, an Enrolled Agent (the highest credential the IRS awards), and a Notary Public.
